Our Summer Reading Program officially kicks off on Thursday, June 23 at 11:00 a.m. with magician Peter Boie, the “Magician for Non-Believers.” Peter started learning magic from a library book at age 11, and now he is Massachusettts libraries’ #1 favorite entertainer. The program is fun for all ages, so be ready to be amazed! And kids, be sure to sign up to read books and earn prizes.

Our popular summer schedule of events for youth gets underway musically on Tuesday, July 5, with Terry a la Berry singing his toe-tapping folk tunes in the park. Join us every Tuesday at 1:00 through the end of August to sing along, dance, or picnic on the lawn.

Keep an eye out for more great events throughout the summer, including a herd of zoo animals, a didgeridoo workshop, and Hogwarts at the Library! Check out all the Youth Department’s incredible events at http://lenoxlib.org/youth/summer-reading-program/ and our complete list of programs for all ages on our Calendar.
