On Saturday, March 27, at 8:00 pm, the Lenox Library will host a special fundraising event, “Burlesque for Books”. The evening will feature a performance by Sugar Shack Burlesque of New York City at 9:00pm, plus an 8:00pm pre-show mixer with cocktails, snacks and live entertainment, and an after show dance party with DJ Bob Heck, all on the large dance floor in the Lenox Library’s main reading room.

8 to 9pm – pre-show mixer
Pre-show entertainment will include a performance by dancer and choreographer, Karen Lee, with local performers Mark Hohlstein of the Castle Hill Theatre Company and musician John Clarke in an original theater-dance piece with live music. Live music will also be provided by Kristin Gray and Michael Raye.

Beginning at 9pm – the show
SUGAR SHACK BURLESQUE FROM NEW YORK CITY

After the show – dance the night away with DJ Bob Heck and a cash bar
