If, for any reason you did not receive a U.S. Census Form in the mail, please know that the library has forms available. They can be found on the table in the New Materials area of the library, around the corner from the Main Circulation Desk.
One reason you will not receive a form in the mail is if you live in Lenox Dale. Census forms for Lenox Dale residents were addressed to the recipient’s street address, not the mailing address: the P.O. Box number. The local post offices were instructed by the U.S. Postal Service to send those forms back as undeliverable.
